3. Class Cancellations by Premiumchallengi

If we need to cancel a class:

  • You will receive a full refund or credit for the cancelled class
  • When appropriate, we will offer a make-up class option

4. Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues during a live class that prevent participation:

  • Report the issue to our support team during or immediately after class
  • We will offer a class credit or partial refund after reviewing the circumstances
  • We cannot provide refunds for minor technical issues or those related to your own equipment/connection
